How Can I Talk to the Voice World Media Team?
You will deal with the same small team throughout your project, not a rotating call centre. We keep things personal and easy to reach, whether you write from a big city or a small village.

What should I include in my first message?
A short note about your book is enough: the genre, roughly how long it is, and what you would like help with. If you are not sure yet, just send your questions and we will guide you.
Do I need a finished manuscript before I get in touch?
We record from a finished manuscript, but you are welcome to contact us earlier. We can talk through narration, timelines and distribution while you finish writing.
Will I get a written quote?
Yes. You receive a clear written quote before any work begins, with anything extra listed separately, so there are no surprises.
Is my manuscript kept confidential?
Yes. Your work stays confidential and is shared only with the people working on your audiobook.
Do you work with authors outside London?
Yes. We work with authors across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and in Ireland too. Recording and direction happen remotely, so your postcode makes no difference.
